I feel I have a full life with rewarding work, wonderful friends and a great family. But I would like to share stimulating conversation, laughter, and eventually a warm and exciting intimacy with a special someone who has his own passsions but is curious and open to sharing new experiences as well. I am looking for a man who is deeply caring, physically affectionate and a good communicator. A sense of humor goes a long way with me, as does someone who is striving for personal growth. I think I would find kinship with a Dad who has been through the joys and woes of parenthood. I am the Mom of a remarkable 16-year old and treasure the time (when she is available) with her especially since she'll be going off to college in 2 years. I also have a rascally mutt who I indulge. I try to maintain a balanced lifestyle by eating healthfully and exercising regualrly. I love beauty of all kinds whether it be in nature or the arts. I have traveled a bit and love to get away to new and interesting places. My favorite activities of late are jazz singing and social dancing. But I love to read, watch movies and go out to theater or ethnic restaurants whenever I can. On a personal note, I am emotional and romantic but also analytical and probing. I guess I can be a study in contrasts and somewhat unpredictable and spontaneous. Then there is the side of me that is very constant and finds pleasure in routine. I would not call myself materialistic in terms of the values most important to me, but I enjoy beautiful things and the freedom money provides. I reap a lot of joy from life and all its possibilities and have a restlessness that propells me in spiritual directions. I sense the best is yet to come and would love to share the rest of my journey with a fellow joy and truth-seeker.
